I have been a realtor in florida for 20 plus years . I started my real estate career after retiring from my full time career . I only worked on the weekends for about a year. I really enjoyed the clients and challenge of biding on homes in a very busy market . My niche was first time home buyers. To see the smile on their faces meant everything to me. I knew then I wanted to be a full time realtor . I worked for three different top agencies in broward county . One of the companies was owned by warren buffet . I have been trained by many of the most famous realtor trainers in the world. After I obtained my brokers license I moved to palm beach county and started my own company all platinum properties,llc. I have been located in the same office for many years. We serve boynton beach,delray beach & boca raton areas . Our experience and expertise can’t be beat! I have been awarded several prestigious awards and am an expert in dealing with short sales , foreclosures, cdpe & reo properties. I was interviewed on radio , made training videos for new realtors and interviewed by magazines doing a short synopsis of the life of a realtor.
