The real estate field is the perfect venue for me to utilize my people skills and creative skills. My graduate degree in the field of consumer sciences benefits me to view everything as pieces in a puzzle.

Having student taught junior high school and high school for several months as a teaching intern, I plan my clients’ itinerary as though I was making a lesson plan for students. And I explain details to clients aka “my students.” I provide knowledge because knowledge often comforts.

My best asset is my ability to listen carefully to needs, and then analyze and create an action plan. My dedication, integrity, and honesty are unsurpassed.

As a highly creative thinker, I think of many ideas and strategies. I envision a condo or home in a positive, but realistic way. Many buyers often have no vision as to how a home or condo will look by renovating or simply painting and swapping out some appliances or fixtures.
